From the Founder

My name is Dr. Bishoy Samuel. I’m a dual ABMS board-certified physician in Preventive Medicine and Addiction Medicine, with foundational training and experience in Internal Medicine, and a Master’s in Population Health Science.

For more than a decade I’ve worked in clinics, hospitals, private practice, and large non-profit systems.

I’ve also lived through experiences and environments that made me question staying in medicine and nearly drove me out of it entirely.

Except they didn’t.

Not only did I persist; I thrived. I earned flagship awards, published as first author, presented nationally, became conversational in a third language, and traveled extensively across six continents.

But those outcomes required not just endurance. They required a transformation deep enough to allow my life and career to transcend the circumstances that constrained them.

One theme kept echoing through it all:

Real transformation didn’t happen with endless optimization. It happened when I aligned with buried values and did the hard work of reconciling the barriers around them.

ART Prevention is the culmination of my own journey surviving burnout, identity erosion, and moral injury through years of hard-won resilience leading to deep and lasting personal transformation.

This platform is the expression of a process I lived long before I could name it. I built it because I know what it costs to keep performing at a high level while something fundamental remains unaddressed. I also know that most of the standard offerings were never truly built for professionals who need something deeper and more precise.

If you’re a high-functioning physician, executive, or professional who appears successful on the outside but senses that your values, behaviors, or life systems are out of alignment, you’re in the right place.

Whether you’re stuck in quiet burnout, navigating ADHD or neurodivergence, recovering from moral injury or addiction, or simply ready for deeper, more sustainable change, this platform was made for you. Welcome.

I look forward to our work together.
